Additional Released Parties means JMI Services, the Avery K. Moores 1994 Trust, Barry A. Moores 1993 Trust, Barry O. Moores 1991 Trust, Benjamin H. Moores 1996 Trust, Melissa K. Moores 1990 Trust, Jennifer Ann Moores Trust, John J. Moores, Jr. Trust, Anthony K. Moores 1991 Trust, Molly Moores Schulman 1991 Trust, Jason B. Schulman 1990 Trust, Rachel E. Schulman 1990 Trust, Michael & Debra Baas 1990 Trust, Rosanne E. Baas 1990 Trust, Christopher N. Baas 1990 Trust, Seth J. Baas 1990 Trust, Britton L. Baas 1990 Trust, Patrick & Rosario Baas Trust; Clare
Additional Released Parties means those Persons listed on Schedule “A” to the Plan in accordance with Section 7.2;
Additional Released Parties has the meaning set forth in the Release attached hereto as Exhibit D.

Examples of Additional Released Parties in a sentence

  • The parties to this Agreement hereby mutually release each other and the Additional Released Parties from all Released Claims.

More Definitions of Additional Released Parties

Additional Released Parties means and includes all of Nautilus’ past and present shareholders, officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives, attorneys, insurers, employee benefit plans, parents, subsidiaries, consultants, affiliates, predecessors, successors, transferees, assigns, and related entities thereof, and all past and present shareholders, officers, directors, agents, employees, marital communities, representatives, and attorneys of any of those persons and entities.
Additional Released Parties means Odyssey Unlimited Security, Inc. and Liric
Additional Released Parties means those entities specifically listed on Attachments A, B, C, and/or D hereto, and each of their employees, officials, agents, representatives, officers and directors, but such entities shall expressly not include any of the Excess Insurers.
Additional Released Parties means those Persons listed on Schedule “A” to the Plan in accordance with Section 7.2; “Advisors” means, collectively, (i) the Initial Consenting Secured Debtholders Advisors, and (ii) the Initial Consenting Unsecured Debtholders Advisors; “Affected Equity” means all Existing Equity other than the Existing Shares;
Additional Released Parties means National Indemnity Company, White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd., OneBeacon Insurance Group, Ltd., Resolute Management Inc., Randall & Quilter America Holdings, Inc., Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings, Ltd., and R&Q Solutions LLC, and each of their Affiliates (as defined herein), their predecessors-in- interest and Agents (as defined in the Plan), but only in relation to the Policies.

Related to Additional Released Parties

  • Released Parties means Defendant and its present and former subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, divisions, officers, directors, members, managers, shareholders, insurers, suppliers, manufacturers, re-sellers, distributors, brokers, service providers, employees, agents, legal representatives, heirs, predecessors, successors, or assigns.

  • Plaintiffs’ Releasees means Plaintiffs, and any and all of their related parties, including, without limitation, any and all members of their immediate families, agents or other persons acting on their behalf, attorneys, advisors, financial advisors, accountants, assigns, creditors, heirs, estates and legal representatives.

  • Defendants’ Releasees means Defendants and their current and former parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, successors, predecessors, assigns, assignees, partnerships, partners, trustees, trusts, employees, Immediate Family Members, insurers, reinsurers, and attorneys.

  • Released Persons means each and all of the Defendants and their Related Parties.

  • Released PAGA Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 6.2 below.

  • Releasees means each and any of the Defendants’ Releasees and each and any of the Plaintiffs’ Releasees.

  • General Release has the meaning stated in Section 6.03.

  • Releasing Parties means Plaintiffs and all Settlement Class Members, and each of their respective executors, representatives, heirs, predecessors, assigns, beneficiaries, successors, bankruptcy trustees, guardians, joint tenants, tenants in common, tenants by entireties, agents, attorneys, and all those who claim through them or on their behalf.

  • Released Plaintiffs Claims” means all claims and causes of action of every nature and description, whether known claims or Unknown Claims, whether arising under federal, state, common, or foreign law, whether fixed or contingent, accrued or unaccrued, liquidated or unliquidated, matured or unmatured, that Lead Plaintiffs or any other member of the Settlement Class: (i) asserted in the Complaint, or (ii) could have asserted in any forum that arise out of or are based upon the allegations, transactions, facts, matters or occurrences, representations or omissions involved, set forth, or referred to in the Complaint and relate to the purchase of Merit common stock during the Class Period. Released Plaintiffs’ Claims do not include: (i) claims asserted in any ERISA or derivative action based on similar allegations, including Maute v. Lampropoulos, et al., Case No. 2:21-cv-00346-DBP (D. Utah); (ii) claims relating to the enforcement of the Settlement; or (iii) any claims of any person or entity who or which submits a request for exclusion that is accepted by the Court.
