Administering Member definition

Administering Member means the Member designated by the Authority Board to provide administration, operation and staffing of the Authority so as to ensure the Authority complies with this Agreement and all legal requirements. The Board is not required to designate an Administering Member, and a Member so designated is not required to accept the designation.
