Administrative Expense Requirement definition

Administrative Expense Requirement means an annual amount equal to $[ ], or such lesser amount as may be designated by written instruction from an Authorized Representative to the Fiscal Agent, to be allocated as the first priority of Special Taxes received each Fiscal Year for the payment of Administrative Expenses.
