Any entries submitted will be considered provisional until such time as the Administrative Official has received a hard copy of: (a) your club's entries (Team Manager Meet Entries Report), (b) a hard copy of your club's signed release/waiver agreement (c) your clubs signed certification of entered athletes and (d) your club's entry fees.
