Administrative official definition

Administrative official means an official of the airport sponsor who is authorized to legally bind the airport sponsor.
Administrative official means the individual designated and authorized by the Recipient as the person responsible for the proper administration of the Contract.

Administrative official means the person charged with the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
