Administrative Representative definition

Administrative Representative means, in respect of any Signatory from time to time, the individual that has been designated by that Signatory in accordance with Clause 5.2(a).
Administrative Representative means the primary administrative contact for issues related to this Agreement as designated in Section 9.2 of the Agreement.
Administrative Representative means the representative who is designated by the chief executive officer of each Party to represent that Party on the RMS Policy Board in accordance with the responsibilities as set forth in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Administrative Representative

Administrative Representative means a member of staff appointed to act as a liaison between an advisory committee and council. Administrative representatives attend all meetings of the committee to which they are appointed by council, but are not voting members of the committee.
