Adopters Package means the complete set of source code and other materials received by Adopters to enable them to follow the Process.

Examples of Adopters Package in a sentence

  • After one minute, the pump will switch ON again in an attempt to determine whether the problem has gone.

  • Adopter receives no ownership interest in or title to any Khronos, Khronos Licensor or other Mark Owners intellectual property in the Adopters Package including APIs, libraries, documentation, specifications, or derivatives thereof, Marks or other designs provided by Xxxxxxx hereunder as a result of Adopter’s possession of the Adopters Package.

  • Adopter agrees that it will not export or re-export any portion of the Adopters Package (or any copies thereof) in violation of any applicable laws or regulations of the U.S. or the country in which they were obtained.

  • Accordingly, it is specifically provided that Xxxxxxx may terminate any portion of this Agreement at any time as to any portion of the Adopters Package, upon the termination of Khronos’ right with respect to that portion, or if Khronos has reasonable grounds, without any admission of liability to believe that any of the technology licensed hereunder infringes the rights of any third party.

  • Adopter’s failure to comply with the obligations of this Section shall constitute unauthorized use of the Adopters Package, entitling Khronos to equitable or other relief.

  • Within ten (10) business days of the Effective Date of this Agreement and receipt by Khronos of relevant Adopter Fees, Khronos shall make the Adopters Package, including any updates, electronically available to Adopter and its Affiliates.

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, no license or rights in the Adopters Package, APIs, libraries, documentation, specifications, or derivatives thereof, Marks, or other designs, software, trademarks, or other intellectual property are provided hereunder, either expressly or by implication, estoppel or otherwise.

  • In the event of termination, except as set forth in 10.7 & 10.8 below, all rights granted hereunder shall revert to Xxxxxxx and/or its Licensors and Adopter shall cease and desist all use of the Adopters Package and shall destroy all full or partial copies of the Adopter’s Package in Adopter’s possession, in accordance with Clause 9.4 above, and shall warrant to Khronos in writing by an officer of Adopter as to such destruction.

  • This Agreement does not give Adopter the right to publicly perform or publicly display the Adopters Package.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • Type B package means a Type B packaging together with its radioactive contents. On approval, a Type B package design is designated by NRC as B(U) unless the package has a maximum normal operating pressure of more than 700 kPa (100 lb/in2 ) gauge or pressure relief device that will allow the release of radioactive material to the environment under the tests specified in 10 CFR 71 (hypothetical accident conditions), in which case it will receive a designation B(M). B(U) refers to the need for unilateral approval of international shipments; B(M) refers to the need for multilateral approval of international shipments. There is no distinction made in how packages with these designations may be used in domestic transportation. To determine their distinction for international transportation, see DOT regulations in 49 CFR 173. A Type B package approved before September 6, 1983, was designated only as Type B. Limitations on its use are specified in 10 CFR 71.13.

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1. Training Provider Group means the Training Provider and any other registered training organisation that is a Related Training Provider, other than by reason of paragraph (b) of that term.

  • Exit Package means a sealed, child-resistant certified receptacle into which marijuana items already within a container are placed at the point of sale.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Major Decision Reporting Package With respect to any Major Decision, (a) a written report prepared by the Special Servicer describing in reasonable detail (i) the background and circumstances requiring action of the Special Servicer, (ii) the proposed course of action recommended, and (iii) information regarding any direct or indirect conflict of interest in the subject action, and (b) all information in the Special Servicer’s possession that is reasonably requested by the party receiving such Major Decision Reporting Package in order for such party to exercise any consultation or consent rights available to such party under this Agreement.

  • Approved Plan means plan for the building or lay out plan approved by the Authority in accordance with prescribed regulations.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Accounting Manual means the latest version of the document titled “Accounting for Parents and Citizens Associations” that is published by the Department of Education as amended from time to time.

  • Application Package means the forms, schedules, checklists, exhibits, computer disks and instructions thereto obtained from the Agency, which shall be completed and submitted to the Agency in accordance with all regulations in order to apply for the HTC Program.

  • MERS Procedure Manual The MERS Procedures Manual, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.

  • Tax Package has the meaning assigned in Section 6.01(b);
