Adult family member definition

Adult family member means any of the following who is at least 25 years of age:
Adult family member means a person at least 21 years of age who is the grandparent, stepparent, foster parent, aunt, uncle, sibling, half-sibling, or first cousin of an unemancipated minor.
Adult family member means “a person who is 18 years of age or older and who is (a) related to the child as the child's grandparent, aunt, uncle, or sibling; or (b) the child's sibling's legal guardian or parent.” AS 47.10.990(1).
