Advanced Degree Stipend. A stipend of three (3) percent of Class I, Step 1 will be awarded to unit members who possess an M.A., Ph.D., or Ed.D degree. Unit members employed for less than full-time will receive a prorated stipend.
Advanced Degree Stipend. The annual stipend for holders of one or more Advanced Degree(s) shall be the sum of Total Compensation: Computed on the basis of a 40-hour week and 173.33 hours per average work month. The following longevity provisions will be applied to the base salary figures indicated in the schedule above:
Examples of Advanced Degree Stipend in a sentence
Unit members teaching only in the first term or teaching only in the second term of any school year will receive an Advanced Degree Stipend of $500.
New employees that come to USD 290 with a portion of their advanced degree (Masters or PhD) completed are eligible to receive a percentage of the Advanced Degree Stipend.
