Examples of Advancing Agent in a sentence

  • The Advancing Agent shall be liable in accordance herewith only to the extent of the obligations specifically imposed upon and undertaken by the Advancing Agent.

  • Upon delivery of the required instruments, the resignation or removal of the retiring Advancing Agent shall become effective and such successor Advancing Agent, without any further act, deed or conveyance, shall become vested with all the rights, powers, trusts, duties and obligations of the retiring Advancing Agent.

  • The Trustee shall provide the Advancing Agent with notice, prior to any funding of an Interest Advance by the Advancing Agent, of any additional interest remittances received by the Trustee after delivery of such initial notice that reduce such Interest Shortfall.
