Advisory Confirmation definition

Advisory Confirmation means the advisory confirmation dated 06 April 2006 between the Trustee, the Issuer, the Counterparty, the Portfolio Administrator and the Manager, in respect of the Notes, as modified, amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
