Advisory Documents means planning documents adopted by the City from time to time, including: the Moab General Plan; Storm Water Management Master Plan; Sanitary Sewer Master Plan; Water Storage Distribution Master Plan; Natural Hazards Pre-disaster Master Plan; or similarly adopted planning documents.

Advisory Documents means planning documents adopted by the Town from time to time, including the General Plan; or similarly adopted guidance documents.X.   • Regulatory Documents means the prospectus, annual report, semi-annual report and any other document required under applicable federal securities law to be delivered by the Trust to Fund shareholders.
