AE Savings Plan definition

AE Savings Plan means the Xxxxxxx Controls Automotive Experience Production Employees Savings and Investment (401k) Plan.

  • No later than the Effective Time, the Adient Group shall have established a trust (which may include the Adient U.S. Savings Plan Trust) that is intended to be exempt under Section 501(a) of the Code for purposes of holding the assets of the AE Savings Plan, and Xxxxxxx Controls shall cause the trustee of the Xxxxxxx Controls U.S. Savings Plan Trust to transfer the account balances of the participants under the AE Savings Plan, determined as of the date of the transfer, to such newly established trust.
