Aesthetics and Landscaping Plan definition

Aesthetics and Landscaping Plan means the plan DB Contractor prepares in conformance with the Project’s final aesthetic concept as more particularly described in Section 23.1.2 of the Design- Build Specifications.
Aesthetics and Landscaping Plan means the Oak Hill Parkway Aesthetics Guidelines provided in the RIDs.

Aesthetics and Landscaping Plan means the plan the Developer prepares in conformance with the Project’s final aesthetic concept as more particularly described in Section 15.2.2 of the Technical Provisions.

Related to Aesthetics and Landscaping Plan

  • Landscape waste means any vegetable or plant waste except garbage. The term includes trees, tree trimmings, branches, stumps, brush, weeds, leaves, grass, shrubbery, and yard trimmings.

  • Footprint means the track width multiplied by the wheelbase as stated in the certificate of conformity and defined in sections 2.1 and 2.3 of Annex I to Directive 2007/46/EC;
