Aesthetics and Landscaping Plan definition

Aesthetics and Landscaping Plan means the plan DB Contractor prepares in conformance with the Project’s final aesthetic concept as more particularly described in Section 23.1.2 of the Design- Build Specifications.

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.

  • Landscape means an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors;

  • Landscape waste means any vegetable or plant waste except garbage. The term includes trees, tree trimmings, branches, stumps, brush, weeds, leaves, grass, shrubbery, and yard trimmings.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Footprint means the track width multiplied by the wheelbase as stated in the certificate of conformity and defined in sections 2.1 and 2.3 of Annex I to Directive 2007/46/EC;
