Section 15.2.2. 22 If the grievance is not resolved to the employee's satisfaction in accordance with the preceding 23 subsection, the employee shall reduce to writing a statement of the grievance containing the 24 following:
Section 15.2.2. 11 If the grievance is not resolved to the employee's satisfaction in accordance with the preceding 12 subsection within ten (10) workdays, the employee shall reduce to writing a statement of the 13 grievance containing the following:
Section 15.2.2. 37 Any employee who moves to a new job position or classification shall be placed on the step 38 reflecting their years of service with the District. This would not reflect their seniority.
Section 15.2.2. 41 Any employee who changes job positions or classifications shall receive full longevity credit 42 regarding step placement on Schedule A.

Section 15.2.2. 36 If the grievance is not resolved to the employee's satisfaction by discussion with the supervisor 37 as provided above, the employee shall, within twenty (20) days of the occurrence submit a 38 written statement of grievance to the supervisor and a copy thereof to the administrative official 39 responsible for personnel.
