Section 15.2.2. 2 If the grievance is not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction in accordance with the preceding 3 subsection, the employee shall reduce to writing, within ten (10) working days after the 4 discussion, a statement of the grievance containing the following:
Section 15.2.2. 22 If the grievance is not resolved to the employee's satisfaction in accordance with the preceding 23 subsection, the employee shall reduce to writing a statement of the grievance containing the 24 following:
26 A. The facts on which the grievance is based;
27 B. A reference to the provisions in this agreement which have been allegedly violated; and
28 C. The remedy sought. 30 The employee shall submit the written statement of grievance to the immediate supervisor for 31 reconsideration and shall submit a copy to the official in the administration responsible for 32 personnel. 34 The parties will have ten (10) working days from submission of the written statement of 35 grievance to resolve it by indicating on the statement of grievance the disposition. If an 36 agreeable disposition is made, all parties to the grievance shall sign it. 37
Section 15.2.2. If the grievance is not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction in accordance with the preceding 3 subsection, the employee shall reduce to writing a statement of the grievance containing the 4 following:
Section 15.2.2. 37 Any employee who moves to a new job position or classification shall be placed on the step 38 reflecting their years of service with the District. This would not reflect their seniority.
Section 15.2.2. 20 If the grievance is not resolved to the employee's satisfaction in accordance with the preceding 21 section, the employee shall reduce to writing a statement of the grievance containing the 22 following:
24 A. The facts on which the grievance is based;
25 B. A reference to the provisions of this Agreement which have been allegedly violated;
26 C. A statement of remedy sought;
27 D. Date of violation. 29 The employee shall submit the written statement of grievance to the immediate supervisor for
Section 15.2.2. 2 If the grievance is not resolved to the employee's satisfaction within five (5) days after initial 3 discussion with the immediate supervisor in accordance with the preceding subsection, the 4 employee shall, within three (3) days after the five (5) day period, reduce to writing a statement 5 of the grievance containing the following:
7 A. The facts on which the grievance is based;
8 B. A reference to the provisions in this agreement which have been allegedly violated; 9 and
10 C. The remedy sought. 12 The employee shall submit the written statement of grievance to the immediate supervisor for 13 reconsideration and shall submit a copy to the official in the administration responsible for 14 personnel. The parties will have five (5) working days from submission of the written statement 15 of grievance to resolve it by indicating on the statement of grievance the disposition. If an 16 agreeable disposition is made, all parties to the grievance shall sign it. Any grievance not 17 submitted in writing within the time period set forth in this section shall be invalid and subject 18 to no further processing.
Section 15.2.2. 2 Any employee who changes job positions or classifications shall receive full longevity credit 3 regarding step placement on Schedule A.
Section 15.2.2. 36 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution of 37 this Agreement if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the case of 38 retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVI, Section 16.3, such retroactive 39 pay shall be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such schedule, if possible, and 40 in any case not later than the second regular payday. 41
Section 15.2.2. 21 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution
Section 15.2.2. 36 If the grievance is not resolved to the employee's satisfaction by discussion with the supervisor 37 as provided above, the employee shall, within twenty (20) days of the occurrence submit a 38 written statement of grievance to the supervisor and a copy thereof to the administrative official 39 responsible for personnel. The written statement shall contain the following:
41 A. The facts on which the grievance is based; including date.
42 B. A reference to the provisions of this Agreement or other contractual rights of the 43 employee which have allegedly been violated. 44 C. The remedy sought.
