Affiliated enterprises of the customer shall mean enterprises which are legally affiliated with the customer at the time of conclusion of the license agreement.

Affiliated enterprises means enterprises in which “FS” has a direct or indirect participation;

In addition, though the voting power directly or indirectly held by a Person in any other Person is less than fifty percent (50%), Control shall also be deemed to exist if a Person owns the voting power sufficient to impose material impact on the decision-making by any other Person, or to exercise actual control over the latter through investment relationship, agreements or other arrangements.
