Affordable Housing Funds definition

Affordable Housing Funds means any or all funds awarded or to be awarded, loaned or otherwise distributed under the Act.
Affordable Housing Funds means any or all funds awarded or to be awarded, loaned or otherwise distributed under the Act, which includes any reduction or abatement of taxes or fees that would otherwise be imposed in full on a market-rate project.
Affordable Housing Funds has the meaning set forth in Paragraph G of the Recitals.
