Agent Services Provider definition

Agent Services Provider means a party qualified under the Industry Agreements to provide an Agent Service;

  • If there is any change affecting your Metering or the Available Capacity, including any change described in this provision 3, or if you or an Agent Services Provider provides information relating to your Metering or the Available Capacity that is incorrect or incomplete, we may vary the Fixed Basis charges and the type and amount of any Metering Agent Charges you are due to pay us for its Supply in connection with provision 9 (Variation).

  • If there is any change affecting your Metering or the Available Capacity, including any change described in this provision 3, or if you or an Agent Services Provider provides information relating to your Metering or the Available Capacity that is incorrect or incomplete, we may vary the Fixed Basis charges and the type and amount of any Metering Agent Charges you are due to pay us for its Supply in connection with provision 8 (Variation).

  • We shall not be liable, nor under any obligation to refund you any amount or alter any Charges if: • any incorrect Charges are applied because of a failure by, or an error caused or made by you, an Agent Services Provider, a third party or a subcontractor, including where any Fixed Basis charge is incorrectly established as a result of us being provided inaccurate information; and/or • any payments we have made to a TPI are disputed by you.

  • Certified Registered Dental Hygienists are the only hygienists allowed to administer local anesthesia.

  • If we become aware that Clause 3.3.3 is not satisfied, we may appoint a replacement Agent Services Provider and you must pay any resulting cost.

  • State employees will complete PHCC’s established registration process in person and complete the State of Florida form entitled “State Employee Tuition Waiver Program – Intent to Apply.” The State Employee Tuition Waiver Program – Intent to Apply form and the completed PHCC registration forms must be submit- ted to the Financial Aid Office at East Campus, North Campus, or West Campus for approval and for the waiver of tuition and applicable fees.

  • Banking Services Provider means any Lender or Affiliate of a Lender that provides Banking Services to any Credit Party.

  • Regulatory Services Provider means the organization which provides regulatory services to BSEF pursuant to a Regulatory Services Agreement.
