Agent Service means any one or more of the services provided by a Data Collector, Data Aggregator, Meter Operator, Meter Asset Provider or Meter Administrator, as is relevant to the context it is used;
Agent Service means any service performed by a person

Agent Service means any one or more of the services provided by a Meter Equipment Manager or an agent appointed by us to provide AMR Equipment, as is relevant to the context it is used;
Agent Service means any one or more of the services provided by a Meter Equipment Manager, Meter Examiner or other Agent Service Provider appointed by us to provide Metering, as is relevant to the context it is used.
Agent Service means the service set forth in each of the provisions of this Agreement which is entrusted to the Agent by and for All Lenders.

Related to Agent Service

  • Cash Management Services means any cash management or related services including treasury, depository, return items, overdraft, controlled disbursement, merchant store value cards, e-payables services, electronic funds transfer, interstate depository network, automatic clearing house transfer (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) and other cash management arrangements.

  • Management Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).
