Agreed Budget means the budget agreed between the Parties in respect of the use of the Subscription Proceeds by the Group, as set out in Schedule 1 (Agreed Budget) and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with Clause 8 (Agreed Budget).
Agreed Budget means that certain 6-week budget delivered to the Lenders on or before the Closing Date showing detailed cash sources and uses of the Parent on a weekly basis for such 6-week period in form and substance satisfactory to the Lenders.

How you agree to use the funds You will use the Funds as set out in your funding schedules, Agreed Budget, and Agreed Programme.
