Agreed Outputs definition

Agreed Outputs means the expected outputs and outcomes specified in the Grantee Application.
Agreed Outputs the outputs the Recipient is required to achieve as set out in Schedule 6 to include any targets or outcomes attached to any offers of Government Funding where the Parties agree that responsibility for compliance rests with the Recipient;
Agreed Outputs means the agreed outputs and long term outcomes of the Funded Activities described in ANNEX 4 (Agreed Outputs and Long Term Outcomes); Annex means the annexes attached to the Grant Funding Letter which form part of the Grant Agreement; Asset means any asset that is purchased or developed using the Grant including equipment and fixed assets; Authority Personal Data means any Personal Data supplied for the purposes of, or in connection with, the Grant Agreement by the Authority to the Grant Recipient; Background IPRs means any and all IPRs that subsist in IPR Materials and other items which are: owned by or licensed to a Party prior to the Commencement Date; or developed by or on behalf of a Party during the Funding Period but not in connection with the Funded Activities;

Examples of Agreed Outputs in a sentence

  • A Request for Change to the Project Agreed Outputs shall not come into effect until it is approved by either the Accountable Body or the Welsh Government.

  • This report will take into account the Grant Recipient’s delivery (during the Funding Period) of the Funded Activities against the KPIs and/or agreed outputs set out in Annex 6 (Agreed Outputs).

  • Such Request for Change to the Project Agreed Outputs on the other Party shall be in writing and shall identify the change proposed.

  • The process for seeking a change to the Project Agreed Outputs is outlined in clause 6.3.

  • It will take into account the Grantee’s delivery of the Project against the Agreed Outputs and the Project Timetable.

More Definitions of Agreed Outputs

Agreed Outputs means the agreed outputs and long term outcomes of the Funded Activities described in ANNEX 4 (Agreed Outputs and Long Term Outcomes); owned by or licensed to a Party prior to the Commencement Date; or developed by or on behalf of a Party during the Funding Period but not in connection with the Funded Activities;
Agreed Outputs means the outputs set out in Annex 6 of these Conditions; Annex means the annexes attached to these Conditions which form part of the Grant Funding Agreement; Asset Owning Period means the period during which the Assets are recorded as Assets in the Grant Recipient’s accounts; Authority Personal Data means any Personal Data supplied for the purposes of, or in connection with, the Grant Funding Agreement by the Authority to the Grant Recipient;
Agreed Outputs the outputs the Project Authority Lead is required to achieve as set out in Schedule 5; “this Agreement” this agreement entered into by the Accountable Body and the Project Authority Lead for the payment of Project Funding to the Project Authority Lead and the Project Authority Lead’s role in utilising Project Funding and/or distributing Project Funding to the Projects;
