Aircraft Mortgages definition

Aircraft Mortgages means the mortgages and/or security agreements that create or purport to create a Lien on any Aircraft (including any aircraft engine) or Aircraft Parts in favor of the Administrative Agent, in form for filing with the Federal Aviation Administration and registration with the International Registry.

Aircraft Mortgages means the NWA Aircraft Mortgage, the Compass Aircraft Mortgage and the Mesaba Aircraft Mortgage.

More Definitions of Aircraft Mortgages

Aircraft Mortgages as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement created valid security interests in the Collateral described therein. Amendment No. 3 to the Aircraft Chattel Mortgages add the Notes and the 2004 Guarantees as additional “Secured Obligations” secured by the Collateral described in the Aircraft Mortgages. Aircraft Mortgages means (a) the Amended and Restated Aircraft Chattel Mortgage, Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents executed by Aircargo dated the Closing Date, (b) any Aircraft Chattel Mortgage, Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents at any time executed pursuant to Article 5 hereof, evidencing or creating a Lien as security for the Obligations in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, and (c) any and all amendments, modifications, supplements, renewals, extensions, restatements or replacements thereof.
