Airport Assets definition

Airport Assets has the meaning set out in Section 7.1(o);
Airport Assets shall be the movable and immovable assets over a defined period of time;
Airport Assets means any assets of the Crown or the Council (whether held jointly or severally) that are held or used for the purposes of, or in relation to, the 5 airport or that are held for future use for the purposes of the airport; but does not include-

  • The Contracting Authority may refuse to issue a Handback Certificate only if: (i) the Concessionaire has failed to complete all of the Renewal Works, (ii) the Site and the Airport Assets for any other reason do not comply with the Handback Conditions; or (iii) the Handback Requirements have not been satisfied in full.

  • At the time of such transfer, and as of the Handback Date, the Site and the Airport Assets shall satisfy the Handback Conditions.

  • On or prior to the Handback Date, the Contracting Authority shall either issue to the Concessionaire a Handback Certificate substantially in the form set forth in Annex 24, certifying that the Site and the Airport Assets comply with the Handback Conditions and that the Handback Requirements have been satisfied (“Handback Certificate”), or notify the Concessionaire in writing of its decision not to issue a Handback Certificate and state the reason for such decision (“Refusal Notice”).

  • There is no action at law or in equity, no arbitration proceeding and no proceeding before any commission or other administrative or regulatory authority pending, or, to the knowledge of the City, threatened, against or affecting the Airport Assets or the operations of the Airport, or the City’s right to carry on such operations as conducted as of the Effective Date.

  • The Site and the Airport Assets shall be transferred to the Contracting Authority by the Concessionaire, free and clear of any claims or actions by third parties.

  • The Authority has had exclusive possession of the Leased Premises and all of the Airport Assets since July 1, 1998.

  • On the Handback Date, the Concessionaire shall deliver and transfer the rights to the Site and the Airport Assets to the Contracting Authority.

  • The Concessionaire shall ensure that, on the Expiry Date, a seamless handover of the Site and the Airport Assets back to the Contracting Authority, without any charge, mortgage or obligations to third parties, as directed by the Contracting Authority to a Successor Operator shall take place, in each case fulfilling all of the requirements of this article 8, including, without limitation, the Handback Conditions and the Handback Requirements with respect to the Site and the Airport Assets.

  • The Concessionaire shall assign to the Contracting Authority all the unexpired guarantee rights and all the guarantee rights of its subcontractors and suppliers relating to the Airport Services or the Airport Assets.

Airport Assets means any assets of the Crown, the Auckland Regional Authority or any constituent authority or constituent authorities, (whether held jointly or severally) that are held or used for the
Airport Assets means the Leased Premises, the Personal Property, and other all tangible or intangible personal property and all other personal property of every kind or nature, tangible or intangible, currently owned by or in the possession of the Authority or hereafter acquired by the Authority in connection with, or for the purpose of, administration, maintenance, management, regulation, operation, improvement, development or use of the Airport, including but not limited to, land or interests in land acquired by the Authority by purchase or lease in its own name from persons other than the City for protection of the surrounding airspace in accordance with FAA regulations, cash, equipment, accounts receivable, and contract rights.
Airport Assets means the personal property/tangible assets of the Authority and its Subcontractors used in connection with operation, maintenance and management of the Airport.

Related to Airport Assets

  • Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.

  • Airport lounge means a business location:

  • Project Assets means all physical and other assets relating to (a) tangible assets such as civil works and equipment including foundations, embankments, pavements, road surface, interchanges, bridges, culverts, road over-bridges, drainage works, traffic signals, sign boards, kilometre-stones, [toll plaza(s)], electrical systems, communication systems, rest areas, relief centres, maintenance depots and administrative offices; and (b) Project Facilities situated on the Site;

  • Client Assets means assets which a bank has undertaken to hold for a client (whether or not on trust, and whether or not the undertaking has been complied with);

  • Subject Assets is defined in Section 2.2(c).

  • Company IT Assets means all Software, systems, serves, computers, hardware, firmware, middleware, networks, data communications lines, routers, hubs, switches and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned by or licensed, pursuant to a valid and enforceable license agreements, to the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Business Assets means all tangible and intangible property and assets owned (either directly or indirectly), leased, licensed, loaned, operated or used, including all real property, fixed assets, facilities, equipment, inventories and accounts receivable, by the Corporation and the Subsidiaries in connection with the Business;

  • Airports means Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport.

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources. These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.

  • Airport System means two or more airports grouped together and serving the same city or conurbation, as indicated in Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 2408/92;

  • Divestiture Assets means all of Defendants’ rights, titles, and interests in and to:

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase Retail Marijuana from a Retail Marijuana Cultivation Facility and to purchase Retail Marijuana Product from a Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facility and to sell Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product to consumers.

  • Transit Traffic MOUs means all Transit Traffic minutes of use to be billed at the Transit Traffic rate by AT&T-TSP.

  • Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.
