Allocation Application definition

Allocation Application or “Application” shall mean the NMTC Program Application Form, together with any permitted attachments submitted (either in electronic or hard-copy format) by the Allocatee to the Fund, in response to the Notice of Allocation Availability (NOAA) inviting applications for the NMTC Program that was published in the Federal Register on July 15, 2005 and as amended March 10, 2006.
Allocation Application means the Authority’s then current application for allocation of tax credit authority that is filed by a CDE with the Authority.
Allocation Application means the standard “Manufacturing and Spaceport Investment Incentives Program Allocation Application” form OTTED 9102-1 (6/10), which is hereby incorporated by reference.

  • The representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement, the Allocation Application and the Assurances and Certifications contained in the Allocation Application are true and correct in all material respects as of the Allocation Date.

  • During the review of the Carryover Allocation Application, THDA will issue Evaluation Notices to request additional documentation and/or information for purposes of clarifying eligibility, scoring and financial feasibility.

  • Carryover Allocation Application – The application and all related documentation required when a development with a Reservation Notice will not be placed in service in the same year as the Reservation Notice.

  • THDA may also reserve or allocate an amount of Housing Credit less than the amount requested in an Initial Application, in a Carryover Allocation Application, or in a Final Application.

  • The Allocation Application, including any attachments, exhibits, appendices and supplements thereto, any Schedules, attachments, exhibits, appendices and supplements to this Allocation Agreement, and said Notice of Allocation are incorporated in and made a part of this Allocation Agreement.

  • MFA requires submission of a complete Carryover Allocation Application by November 15th4 of the year in which the tax credit award was made and evidence of the expenditure of more than 10% of the expected basis in the Project by August 31st5 of the following year.

Related to Allocation Application

  • Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.

  • Initial application means the Application first provided to MFA on or before an Application Deadline to request an allocation of Tax Credits.

  • Initial Allocation means the conditional setting aside by MBOH of HCs from a particular year’s federal LIHTC allocation to the state for purposes of later Carryover Commitment and/or Final Allocation to a particular Project, as documented by and subject to the requirements and conditions set forth in a written Reservation Agreement, the Applicable QAP and federal law.

  • Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all exhibits, attachments, and published addenda), issued by the System Agency under which applications for grant funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference in the Grant Agreement for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Fee Application means an application for allowance and payment of a Fee Claim (including Claims for “substantial contribution” pursuant to section 503(b) of the Bankruptcy Code).

  • Distribution Tariff means the Distribution Tariff prepared by the Company and approved by the Commission on an interim or final basis, as the case may be;

  • conditional allocation ’ means an allocation to a province or municipality from the national government’s share of revenue raised nationally, envisaged in section 214(1)(c) of the Constitution, as set out in Schedule 4, 5, 6 or 7;

  • Required Allocations means (a) any limitation imposed on any allocation of Net Losses or Net Termination Losses under Section 6.1(b) or 6.1(c)(ii) and (b) any allocation of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Section 6.1(d)(i), 6.1(d)(ii), 6.1(d)(iv), 6.1(d)(vii) or 6.1(d)(ix).

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • Final Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

  • Application Approval Date means the date that the Application is approved by the Board of Trustees of the District and as further identified in Section 2.3.B of this Agreement.

  • Claims Allocation and Handling Agreement means the agreement of that name approved by XXX;

  • NERC Interchange Distribution Calculator means the NERC mechanism that is in effect and being used to calculate the distribution of energy, over specific transmission interfaces, from energy transactions.

  • Approval Application means a BLA, NDA or similar application or submission for a Product filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country or group of countries to obtain marketing approval for a biological or pharmaceutical product in that country or group of countries.

  • Redemption Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the redemption of Units in Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.

  • Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).

  • Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Asset Allocation The following single issuer limits shall apply on a market value basis, with exception of Money-Market funds and US Treasury Bills, which may be held without limit:

  • Waste load allocation means (i) the water quality-based annual mass load of total nitrogen or

  • Transfer Application means an application and agreement for transfer of Units in the form set forth on the back of a Certificate or in a form substantially to the same effect in a separate instrument.

  • Date of application means the ef- fective date of an Application for Com- pensation filed with A.I.D. pursuant to§ 204.21 of this part.

  • Distribution Protocol means the plan for distributing the Settlement Amount and accrued interest, in whole or in part, as approved by the Courts.

  • Uniform application means the current version of the national association of insurance commissioners uniform application for resident and nonresident insurance producer licensing.

  • Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07.

  • Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

  • Allocation Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).
