Alternate Procedure List definition

Alternate Procedure List means the list of Utilities to be adjusted as identified by Developer pursuant to Section 6 of the Technical Provisions (and related information), as such list may be amended from time to time.
Alternate Procedure List means the list of Utilities to be adjusted as identified by Developer pursuant to Section 11.4 of the CDA and Section 6 of the Technical Provisions (and related information), as such list may be amended.
