Alternate Procedure List definition

Alternate Procedure List means the list of Utilities to be adjusted as identified by Developer pursuant to Section 6 of the Technical Provisions (and related information), as such list may be amended from time to time.
Alternate Procedure List means the list of Utilities to be adjusted as identified by Developer pursuant to Section 11.4 of the CDA and Section 6 of the Technical Provisions (and related information), as such list may be amended.
Alternate Procedure List means the list of Utilities to be Adjusted (and related information) which TxDOT will submit to the FHWA, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • TxDOT will forward the approved Alternate Procedure List (and any amendments thereto) to Developer, promptly upon receipt of same from the FHWA.

  • DB Contractor shall develop the Alternate Procedure List that includes the Utility Owner’s name, approximate station numbers and estimated cost of Utility Adjustments.

  • If applicable, the Alternate Procedure List has been approved by FHWA, and either (a) the affected Utility is on the approved Alternate Procedure List, as supplemented, or (b) the Utility Owner is on the approved Alternate Procedure List, as supplemented.

Related to Alternate Procedure List
