AMC Charges definition

AMC Charges means the price payable to the Service Provider under the Agreement. The obligations expressed under the AMC shall include all costs relating to labour, spares, maintenance (preventive, unscheduled), and transport charges from site to manufacturer’s works and back for repair/adjustment; or replacement at site of any part of the equipment which under the normal and proper use and maintenance proves defective in design, material or workmanship or fails to conform to the specifications given by the purchaser to VENDOR.
AMC Charges means the charges specified in Schedule C, payable to the System Integrator for discharging its AMC Services in accordance with this Agreement.
