American Style Warrants definition

American Style Warrants means Warrants designated in the applicable Final Terms as “American Style” and being Warrants exercisable on any Business Day during an Exercise Period specified that consists of more than one Business Day in the applicable Final Terms;
American Style Warrants means Warrants which are exercisable by the Holder on any date during the Exercise Period in accordance with the Conditions;
American Style Warrants means Warrants designated in the applicable Final Terms as “American Style”.

Examples of American Style Warrants in a sentence

  • In the case of Warrants which are expressed to be American Style, Warrants which have not been exercised but in respect of which an Exercise Notice has been submitted will not confer the right to attend or vote at, or join in convening, or be counted in quorum for, any meeting of the Warrantholders.

  • The Warrants are "American Style Warrants" and are therefore exercisable on any Business Day during the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (and including) the Expiry Date.

  • In the case of American Style Warrants, Warrants which have not been exercised but in respect of which an Exercise Notice has been submitted will not confer the right to attend or vote at, or join in convening, or be counted in the quorum for, any meeting of the Warrantholders.

  • Exercise of Warrants (A) American Style Warrants The following provisions of this Condition 4(A) shall apply to Warrants which are expressed to be American Style.
