The Contractor shall take appropriate actions to ensure that parking spaces which are designated for use by persons with disabilities are, in fact, being used only by persons with disabilities and shall ensure all patrons with disabilities can be accommodated. The Contractor shall immediately notify the Authority of any apparent violations.
