An eligible family member definition

An eligible family member means the Member’s parents, spouse, child, xxxxxx’s parents, brother, sister, grandparent, grandchild or xxxx of the Member or any relative residing in the same household.

  • Eligible Family Member means a member of the Subscriber’s family that is or becomes eligible to enroll for coverage under this Plan as a Dependent.

  • Immediate Family Member means a child, stepchild, grandchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law, including adoptive relationships, of a natural person referred to herein.

  • Immediate Family Members means with respect to any individual, such individual’s child, stepchild, grandchild or more remote descendant, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, former spouse, qualified domestic partner, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law and daughter-in-law (including adoptive relationships) and any trust, partnership or other bona fide estate-planning vehicle the only beneficiaries of which are any of the foregoing individuals or any private foundation or fund that is controlled by any of the foregoing individuals or any donor-advised fund of which any such individual is the donor.

  • Extended family member means an adult who is a grandparent, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, uncle, aunt, or first cousin with whom the child has a relationship and is comfortable, and who is willing and available to care for the child.

  • Eligible Retiree means a retiree of an NAD participating employer organization who satisfies the requirements for eligibility described in the Eligibility section of this document.

  • Modified Eligible Transferee means any bank, financial institution or other entity which is regularly engaged in or established for the purpose of making, purchasing or investing in loans, securities and other financial assets.

  • Eligible Person means individuals, corporations, trusts, the estates of deceased individuals, partnerships and unincorporated associations of persons;

  • Ineligible Person shall include an individual or entity who: i. is currently excluded, debarred, suspended, or otherwise ineligible to participate in the Federal health care programs or in Federal procurement or nonprocurement programs; or ii. has been convicted of a criminal offense that falls within the scope of 42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7(a), but has not yet been excluded, debarred, suspended, or otherwise declared ineligible.

  • Qualified Beneficiaries has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12.

  • Eligible Retirement Plan means an individual retirement account described in Section 408(a) of the Code, an individual retirement annuity described in Section 408(b) of the Code, an annuity plan described in Section 403(a) of the Code, or a qualified trust described in Section 401(a) of the Code, that accepts the Distributee's Eligible Rollover Distribution. However, in the case of an Eligible Rollover Distribution to the surviving Spouse, an Eligible Retirement Plan is an individual retirement account or individual retirement annuity.

  • Eligible Children means named dependent children including adopted and step children of the Insured/Insured Person between Ages six (6) months and eighteen (18) years (twenty three (23) years if attending as a full time student an accredited Institution of Higher Learning) who are unmarried, who permanently reside with the Insured/Insured Person, and receive the majority of maintenance and support from the Insured/Insured Person.

  • Designated Participant means such employees or officers of the Company or a related entity of the Company as the Board may designate from time to time as eligible to participate in the Plan;

  • Immediate family means any relationship by blood, marriage or adoption, not more remote than first cousin.

  • Key Employee means any executive-level employee (including, division director and vice president-level positions) as well as any employee who, either alone or in concert with others, develops, invents, programs, or designs any Company Intellectual Property (as defined in the Purchase Agreement).

  • Family Members means, as to a Person that is an individual, such Person’s spouse, ancestors, descendants (whether by blood or by adoption or step-descendants by marriage), brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews and inter vivos or testamentary trusts (whether revocable or irrevocable) of which only such Person and his or her spouse, ancestors, descendants (whether by blood or by adoption or step-descendants by marriage), brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews are beneficiaries.

  • Qualified beneficiary means a beneficiary who, on the date the beneficiary's qualification is determined:

  • Specified US Person means (i) a US citizen or resident individual, (ii) a partnership or

  • Eligible resident means an individual or family who resided in a disaster-affected home at the time of the natural disasters of 2008 and who:
