Annual Administrative Charge definition

Annual Administrative Charge means a fee that is charged yearly. The Annual Administrative Charge may go up or down but is guaranteed not to exceed $45. The Annual Administrative Charge as of the Policy Date is shown on the Policy Data pages.

  • By May 31 of the year following the Purchase Period, the Authority shall reconcile the forecasted amounts paid by the Owner pursuant to Section IV(B) with the actual amounts that the Owner is obligated to pay for the same in accordance with Sections IV(A); provided, however, that there shall be no reconciliation for the Annual Administrative Charge or the Annual Capital Replacement Fund.

  • On or before the Preliminary Forecast Date and then again on or before the Final Forecast Date for each Purchase Period, the Authority shall notify the Owner of the forecasted amounts for the Annual Water Charge, the Annual O&M Charge, the Annual Administrative Charge, the Annual Improvement Charge, the Annual Capital Replacement Charge, and the Annual Recapture Fee, as such amounts have been calculated in accordance with this Section IV(B).

  • The Authority may invoice the Owner for any underpayments of the actual Total Annual Charge (other than the actual Annual Administrative Charge and the Annual Capital Replacement Charge), and the Owner shall pay the Authority such amount within forty-five (45) days of the Owner’s receipt of an invoice, together with information in reasonable detail to support the Authority’s reconciliation calculations.
