Annual Reset Date definition

Annual Reset Date means the annual reset date of the Automation Limit and Patient Volume Licenses.
Annual Reset Date has the meaning ascribed in section 5(f)(ii).
Annual Reset Date means the last calendar day of each calendar year ending after the date of a Qualifying IPO or Qualifying Business Combination and prior to the Maturity Date;

  • First Reset Date means the date specified in the relevant Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, as applicable;

  • Floating Quarterly Dividend Rate means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the rate of interest (expressed as a percentage rate rounded down to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of one percent (with 0.000005% being rounded up)) equal to the sum of the T-Bill Rate on the applicable Floating Rate Calculation Date plus 1.60% (calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in such Quarterly Floating Rate Period divided by 365).

  • Reset Dates The first day of each Calculation Period.

  • Index Business Day means, in respect of an Index, any day on which the Index Sponsor in respect of such Index is scheduled to publish the level of the Index.

  • Pricing Rate Period means, with respect to any Transaction and any Remittance Date (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the immediately preceding Remittance Date and ending on and excluding such Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period for a Purchased Asset end subsequent to the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset.
