Applicable Financial Indicators definition

Applicable Financial Indicators means the financial indicators from Paragraph 5.1 of this Schedule which are to apply to the Monitored Suppliers as set out in Paragraph 5.2 of this Schedule;
Applicable Financial Indicators means the financial indicators from Paragraph 1 of Part A of Attachment 7.4 (Financial Indicators, Rating Agencies and Credit Ratings) of the Order Form which are to apply to the Monitored Suppliers as set out in Paragraph 2 of Part A of Attachment 7.4 (Financial Indicators, Rating Agencies and Credit Ratings) of the Order Form;
Applicable Financial Indicators means the financial indicators from Paragraph 5.1 of this Schedule which are to apply to the Monitored Suppliers as set out in Paragraph 5.2 of this Schedule; “Credit Rating Levela credit rating level as specified in Annex 1 of this Schedule; “Credit Rating Threshold” the minimum Credit Rating Level for each entity in the FDE Group as set out in Annex 2 of this Schedule; “FDE Group” means the Supplier, Key Sub-contractors, and the Monitored Suppliers; “Financial Indicators” in respect of the Supplier, and Key Sub-contractors means each of the financial indicators set out at Paragraph 5.1 of this Schedule; and in respect of each Monitored Supplier, means those Applicable Financial Indicators; “Financial Target Thresholds” means the target thresholds for each of the Financial Indicators set out at Paragraph 5.1 of this Schedule; ”Monitored Suppliers” means those entities specified at Paragraph 5.2 of this Schedule; “Rating Agencies” the rating agencies listed in Annex 1 of this Schedule.

  • low protein modified food product means a food product that is specially formulated to have less than one gram of protein per serving and is intended to be used under the direction of a Practitioner for the dietary treatment of an inherited metabolic disease, but does not include a natural food that is naturally low in protein; and

  • Clinical evaluation means a systematic and planned process to continuously generate, collect, analyse and assess the clinical data pertaining to a device in order to verify the safety and performance, including clinical benefits, of the device when used as intended by the manufacturer;

  • Monitoring Indicator means a measure of HSP performance that may be monitored against provincial results or provincial targets, but for which no Performance Target is set;

  • Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Approved clinical trial means a phase I, phase II, phase III, or phase IV clinical trial that is conducted in relation to the prevention, detection, or treatment of cancer or other life-threatening disease or Condition and is described in any of the following:

  • GDP or “Gross Domestic Product” for the purposes of this LOA means the expenditure side value of all goods and services produced in British Columbia for a given year as stated in the BC Economic Accounts;

  • Financial Product means any securities, futures contracts or leveraged foreign exchange contracts as defined under the SFO. Regarding “leveraged foreign exchange contracts”, it is only applicable to those traded by persons licensed for Type 3 regulated activity.

  • Major Market Countries means the United States, Japan, England, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Annual Net Sales means, with respect to any Calendar Year, the aggregate amount of the Net Sales for such Calendar Year.

  • Alternative nicotine product means any vaping product, whether or not it includes nicotine, including electronic smoking devices, that can be ingested into the body by chewing, smoking, absorbing, dissolving, inhaling, or by any other means. ‘Alternative nicotine product’ does not include:

  • EU GDPR means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

  • the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme means the scheme of that name administered by the Common Services Agency (constituted under section 10 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(b));
