Applicable Financial Indicators definition

Applicable Financial Indicators means the financial indicators from Paragraph 5.1 of this Schedule which are to apply to the Monitored Suppliers as set out in Paragraph 5.2 of this Schedule;

Applicable Financial Indicators means the financial indicators from Paragraph 1 of Part A of Attachment 7.4 (Financial Indicators, Rating Agencies and Credit Ratings) of the Order Form which are to apply to the Monitored Suppliers as set out in Paragraph 2 of Part A of Attachment 7.4 (Financial Indicators, Rating Agencies and Credit Ratings) of the Order Form;

Applicable Financial Indicators means the financial indicators from Paragraph 5.1 of this Schedule which are to apply to the Monitored Suppliers as set out in Paragraph 5.2 of this Schedule; “Credit Rating Level” a credit rating level as specified in Annex 1 of this Schedule; “Credit Rating Threshold” the minimum Credit Rating Level for each entity in the FDE Group as set out in Annex 2 of this Schedule; “FDE Group” means the Supplier, Key Sub-contractors, and the Monitored Suppliers; “Financial Indicators” in respect of the Supplier, and Key Sub-contractors means each of the financial indicators set out at Paragraph 5.1 of this Schedule; and in respect of each Monitored Supplier, means those Applicable Financial Indicators; “Financial Target Thresholds” means the target thresholds for each of the Financial Indicators set out at Paragraph 5.1 of this Schedule; ”Monitored Suppliers” means those entities specified at Paragraph 5.2 of this Schedule; “Rating Agencies” the rating agencies listed in Annex 1 of this Schedule.

More Definitions of Applicable Financial Indicators

Applicable Financial Indicators means the financial indicators from Part C of Annex 2 which are to apply to the Monitored Suppliers as set out in Part B of Annex 3; "Credit Rating Threshold" the minimum credit rating level for each entity in the FDE Group as set out in Part A of Annex 2; "Credit Reference Agencies" the credit reference agencies listed in Part B of Annex 1; "Credit Score Notification Trigger" the minimum size of any downgrade in a credit score, set out in Part B of Annex 2, which triggers a Credit Score Notification Trigger Event; "Credit Score Notification Trigger Event" any downgrade of a credit score which is equal to or greater than the Credit Score Notification Trigger; "Credit Score Threshold" the minimum credit score level for each entity in the FDE Group as set out in Part B of Annex 2; "Financial Distress Service Continuity Plan" a plan setting out how the Supplier will ensure the continued performance and delivery of the Deliverables in accordance with this Contract in the event that a Financial Distress Event occurs. This plan should include what the Buyer would need to put in place to ensure performance and delivery of the Deliverables in accordance with this Contract up to and including any Insolvency Event in respect of the relevant FDE Group entity; "Financial Indicators" in respect of the Supplier, Key Sub- contractors and the Guarantor, means each of the financial indicators set out at Part C of Annex 2; and in respect of each Monitored Supplier, means those Applicable Financial Indicators;

Related to Applicable Financial Indicators

  • low protein modified food product means a food product that is specially formulated to have less than one gram of protein per serving and is intended to be used under the direction of a Practitioner for the dietary treatment of an inherited metabolic disease, but does not include a natural food that is naturally low in protein; and

  • Project Milestones means the Project milestones set out in Schedule 3;

  • Clinical evaluation means a systematic and planned process to continuously generate, collect, analyse and assess the clinical data pertaining to a device in order to verify the safety and performance, including clinical benefits, of the device when used as intended by the manufacturer;

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Monitoring Indicator means a measure of HSP performance that may be monitored against provincial results or provincial targets, but for which no Performance Target is set;

  • Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Short-Term Resource Procurement Target means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, as to the PJM Region, for purposes of the Base Residual Auction, 2.5% of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement determined for such Base Residual Auction, for purposes of the First Incremental Auction, 2% of the of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement as calculated at the time of the Base Residual Auction; and, for purposes of the Second Incremental Auction, 1.5% of the of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement as calculated at the time of the Base Residual Auction; and, as to any Zone, an allocation of the PJM Region Short-Term Resource Procurement Target based on the Preliminary Zonal Forecast Peak Load, reduced by the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative. For any LDA, the LDA Short-Term Resource Procurement Target shall be the sum of the Short-Term Resource Procurement Targets of all Zones in the LDA.

  • Approved clinical trial means a phase I, phase II, phase III, or phase IV clinical trial that is conducted in relation to the prevention, detection, or treatment of cancer or other life-threatening disease or Condition and is described in any of the following:

  • GDP or “Gross Domestic Product” for the purposes of this LOA means the expenditure side value of all goods and services produced in British Columbia for a given year as stated in the BC Economic Accounts;

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.

  • Financial Product means any securities, futures contracts or leveraged foreign exchange contracts as defined under the SFO. Regarding “leveraged foreign exchange contracts”, it is only applicable to those traded by persons licensed for Type 3 regulated activity.

  • Major Market Countries means [***].

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Annual Net Sales means, with respect to any Calendar Year, the aggregate amount of the Net Sales for such Calendar Year.

  • Alternative nicotine product means any noncombustible product containing nicotine that is not made of tobacco and is intended for human consumption, whether chewed, absorbed, dissolved, or ingested by any other means. "Alternative nicotine product" does not include any nicotine vapor product or any product regulated as a drug or device by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under Chapter V (21 U.S.C. § 351 et seq.) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

  • EU GDPR means the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679), as it has effect in EU law.

  • Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.
