FERC Gas Tariff definition

FERC Gas Tariff means the interstate pipeline tariff filed by a Transporter pursuant to FERC regulations and approved by FERC, as amended from time to time.
FERC Gas Tariff means all of the rate sections, the various rate schedules for services provided by Transporter, and these General Terms and Conditions, as the same may be approved from time to time by the Commission or any successor agency having jurisdiction.
FERC Gas Tariff means the rate schedules, terms and conditions of service and other components comprising a natural gas company’s tariff as required to be on file with FERC and in effect, as it may be modified from time to time.

  • The sales unit of the Gas shall be one MMBtu, established by converting Mcfs measured at the Delivery Point to MMBtus according to the Btu content determined by Transporter on a dry basis at the Delivery Point under Transporter’s FERC Gas Tariff.

  • All Gas delivered under this Agreement shall be merchantable and shall, upon delivery, conform to the quality specifications and heating value specified in Purchaser’s Transporter’s FERC Gas Tariff.

FERC Gas Tariff means the FERC-approved tariff, as it may be revised from time-to-time, of the interstate pipeline on which Gas is being transported.
FERC Gas Tariff means the FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, of Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc. Filed With Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, as it may be amended or modified from time to time or any successor thereto.
FERC Gas Tariff means the rate schedules and general terms and conditions in effect at any given time via FERC Authorization.
FERC Gas Tariff means each Transporter's tariff on file with FERC and in effect, as such tariff shall be changed and in effect, from time to time.
FERC Gas Tariff means the Transporter’s FERC Gas Tariff of which these General Terms and Conditions are a part and which includes Rates Schedules FTS, FTS-N, ITS and ITS-N, these General Terms and Conditions, and the form of Gas Transportation Agreements and other Forms for use by Transporter, Shippers, and third parties.
FERC Gas Tariff means any Transporter’s FERC Gas Tariff on file and in effect, as revised from time to time, with the FERC.
FERC Gas Tariff means the tariff filed by an interstate pipeline company with the FERC, as it may be amended from time to time.
