Appraisal Work Program definition

Appraisal Work Program means a programme submitted by CONTRACTOR pursuant to Section 7.2, under which CONTRACTOR will evaluate and delineate a Discovery including the estimated list of equipments, vehicles, machineries, materials, accessories, etc… that would be used for appraisal works under this Contract.
Appraisal Work Program means the work program to appraise the PRL 15 Field as set out in clause 6.
Appraisal Work Program means the work program to appraise the PRL 15 Fields as set out in clause 6 of the Total Sale Agreement;

Examples of Appraisal Work Program in a sentence

  • Following the completion of the Appraisal Work Program and review of the potential of the discovery, the CONTRACTOR shall submit an appraisal report to the DEPARTMENT within one (1) Year from the completion of the last Appraisal Well.

  • For Non-Associated Gas discovery pursuant to Sections 9.01 and 9.02 herein, an Appraisal Work Program shall be prepared and submitted by the CONTRACTOR to the DEPARTMENT not later than twenty-four (24) months from the submission of the discovery report.

  • Within 20 Business Days of such delivery, the Operating Committee must meet to vote on such Exploration and Appraisal Work Program and Budget.

  • Approved Appraisal Firm Each of the following firms: Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Inc., Duff & Xxxxxx LLC, Lincoln Advisors, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx and Company and Valuation Research Corporation and (b) each Independent financial adviser of recognized standing retained by the Issuer, the Collateral Manager or the agent or lenders under any Collateral Obligation, as approved by the Collateral Manager.

  • Appraisal Subcommittee means the Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.

  • Appraisal Report A report setting forth the fair market value of a Mortgaged Property as determined by an appraiser who, at the time the appraisal was conducted, met the minimum qualifications of FNMA and FHLMC for appraisers of conventional residential mortgage loans.

  • Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • Work Programme means the document adopted by the Commission for the implementation of the specific programme28 in accordance with its Article 12 or the equivalent document in content and structure adopted by a funding body.

  • Project Architect means the professional architect or engineer employed by the Owner as architect or engineer of record for the Project and its consultants.

  • Demolition works means any physical activity to tear down or break up a structure (or part thereof) or surface, or the like, and includes the loading of demolition waste and the unloading of plant or machinery.

  • Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice means the current standards of the appraisal profession, developed for appraisers and users of appraisal services by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.

  • Digital audio works which means works that result from the fixation of a series of musical, spoken, or other sounds, including ringtones; and

  • Independent Appraiser means a nationally recognized or major regional investment banking firm or firm of independent certified public accountants of recognized standing (which may be the firm that regularly examines the financial statements of the Issuer) that is regularly engaged in the business of appraising the Capital Stock or assets of corporations or other entities as going concerns, and which is not affiliated with either the Issuer or the Holder of any Warrant.

  • Appraisal Procedure means a procedure whereby two independent appraisers, one chosen by the Company and one by the Original Warrantholder, shall mutually agree upon the determinations then the subject of appraisal. Each party shall deliver a notice to the other appointing its appraiser within 15 days after the Appraisal Procedure is invoked. If within 30 days after appointment of the two appraisers they are unable to agree upon the amount in question, a third independent appraiser shall be chosen within 10 days thereafter by the mutual consent of such first two appraisers. The decision of the third appraiser so appointed and chosen shall be given within 30 days after the selection of such third appraiser. If three appraisers shall be appointed and the determination of one appraiser is disparate from the middle determination by more than twice the amount by which the other determination is disparate from the middle determination, then the determination of such appraiser shall be excluded, the remaining two determinations shall be averaged and such average shall be binding and conclusive upon the Company and the Original Warrantholder; otherwise, the average of all three determinations shall be binding upon the Company and the Original Warrantholder. The costs of conducting any Appraisal Procedure shall be borne by the Company.

  • Independent expenditure means an expenditure by a person:

  • CREFC® Appraisal Reduction Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Appraisal Reduction Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Independent Engineer means XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx or any other third party engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

  • Independent Auditor has the meaning specified in Section 6.01(a).

  • Independent Expert means a Person or entity with no material current or prior business or personal relationship with the Advisor or the Directors and who is engaged to a substantial extent in the business of rendering opinions regarding the value of assets of the type held by the Company.

  • MAI Appraiser With respect to any real property, a member of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers with a minimum of 5 years of experience appraising real property of a type similar to the real property being appraised and located in the same geographical area as the real property being appraised.
