Approved Budget Update definition

Approved Budget Update has the meaning specified in the First Lien Credit Agreement.
Approved Budget Update means an update to the Approved Budget then in effect pursuant to Section 6.02(b) for the 13-week period commencing as of the Saturday of such week, which (i) shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, (ii) shall roll forward the most recent Approved Budget, which may re-forecast any prospective periods (it being understood that historical periods shall not be re-forecasted for purposes of the applicable Approved Budget Variance Report) (such forecasting to be prepared in good faith upon assumptions believed by the Lead Borrowers to be reasonable in light of circumstances and (iii) shall not be effective until approved by the Administrative Agent in its discretion.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.
