Approved Connected Device definition

Approved Connected Device means an individually addressed and addressable IP-enabled television set, Set-Top Box [(including Set-Top Box accessories such as off-air tuners, expansion hard drives or transcoders (e.g., Nomad))] [TBD], tablet computing device, mobile phone, PC, game console or any other device which Licensor has approved for any other VOD distributor in the Territory that uses the Approved Digital Delivery Means to distribute Licensor’s feature films on a VOD basis, each of which must implement the Digital Usage Rules, support the Approved Digital Delivery Means and comply with the Content Protection Obligations and Requirements set forth in Attachment A of the License Agreement (as amended by this Letter Agreement).
Approved Connected Device means an individually addressed and addressable IP-enabled television set, Set-Top Box (including Set-Top Box accessories such as off-air tuners, expansion hard drives or transcoders (i.e., Nomad)), tablet computing device, mobile phone, PC, game console or any other device which Licensor has approved for any other VOD distributor in the Territory that uses the Approved Digital Delivery Means to distribute Licensor’s feature films on a VOD basis, each of which must implement the Digital Usage Rules, support the Approved Digital Delivery Means and comply with the Content Protection Obligations and Requirements set forth in Attachment A of the License Agreement (as amended by this Letter Agreement).
Approved Connected Device means each of the following: Approved Connected Blu-ray Player, Approved Connected Television, Approved Mobile Phone, Approved Tablet, Approved Game Console, Approved Streaming Media Player and Approved Personal Computer.

Examples of Approved Connected Device in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Set-Top Boxes shall not be counted toward the five (5) Approved Connected Device limit.

  • Upon deregistration of any given Approved Connected Device from an Account, such device may no longer receive any VOD Programs for such Account and playback of VOD Programs that were Electronically Downloaded via such Account must be disabled on such device and rendered inaccessible within 48- hours of such deregistration.

  • Subject to the limit set forth in paragraph (b) above, the Customer may elect to deregister any given Approved Connected Device and register additional Approved Connected Devices to his Account at any time in such Customer’s discretion.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Set-Top-Boxes shall not be counted toward the five (5) Approved Connected Device limit.

  • Subject to the limit set forth in paragraph (b) above, the Customer may elect to deregister any given Approved Connected Device and register additional Approved Connected Devices to his Account at any time in such Customer’s discretion; provided, however, that the Customer shall be prohibited from registering to his Account any Approved Connected Device that has been registered to (and de-registered from) more than two (2) other Accounts during the previous 12 months.

  • Upon deregistration of any given Approved Connected Device from an Account, such device may no longer receive and/or playback any VOD Programs for such Account and playback of VOD Programs that were Electronically Downloaded via such Account must immediately be disabled on such device and rendered inaccessible within 48-hours of such deregistration.

  • Upon deregistration of any given Approved Connected Device from an Account, such device may no longer receive and/or playback any VOD Programs for such Account and playback of VOD Programs that were Electronically Downloaded via such Account must immediately be disabled on such device.

Related to Approved Connected Device

  • Approved Device means a device described in Subsection 20A-21-201(4) used to

  • embedded generator means a generator who is not a market participant and whose generation facility is connected to a distribution system of a distributor, but does not include a generator who consumes more electricity than it generates;

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications

  • interconnected system means a number of transmission and distribution systems linked together by means of one or more interconnectors;

  • Assistive Devices means any category of durable medical equipment, mechanical apparatus, electrical appliance, or instrument of technology used to assist and enhance an individual's independence in performing any activity of daily living. Assistive devices include the use of service animals, general household items, or furniture to assist the individual.

  • Spot-film device means a device intended to transport or position a radiographic image receptor between the x-ray source and fluoroscopic image receptor. It includes a device intended to hold a cassette over the input end of an image intensifier for the purpose of making a radiograph.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Background concentration means such concentration of that substance as is present in:

  • Assisted amusement device means an amusement device, skill device, or ride

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Tobacco-related devices means cigarette papers or pipes for smoking or other devices intentionally designed or intended to be used in a manner which enables the chewing, sniffing, smoking, or inhalation of vapors of tobacco or tobacco products. Tobacco-related devices include components of tobacco-related devices which may be marketed or sold separately.
