Approved Track Implementation Protocol definition

Approved Track Implementation Protocol means a Track Implementation Protocol that has been completed by the Hospital and approved by the HSCRC and CMS in accordance with section 3.5.
Approved Track Implementation Protocol means a Track Implementation Protocol that has been completed by the CRP Hospital and approved by the HSCRC and CMS in accordance with the CRP Participation Agreement.

  • The Hospital shall implement each CRP Track in accordance with this Agreement and the relevant Approved Track Implementation Protocol.

  • In accordance with section 11.4, the Hospital shall retain the Approved Track Implementation Protocol for each CRP Track in which it is participating.

  • The Hospital shall submit the CRP Report to the HSCRC and CMS so that the HSCRC and CMS can determine the Hospital’s compliance with the relevant Approved Track Implementation Protocol.

  • The Hospital shall submit CRP Reports to the HSCRC and CMS so that the HSCRC and CMS can determine the Hospital’s compliance with the relevant Approved Track Implementation Protocol.

  • If the HSCRC rejects the completed Track Implementation Protocol, the Hospital shall continue to implement the CRP Track in accordance with the Approved Track Implementation Protocol that the Hospital sought to amend, unless the HSCRC notifies the Hospital otherwise.

  • For each Performance Period and for each CRP Track in which the Hospital is participating, the Hospital shall not expend, in the aggregate, more funding on Intervention Resources than the Intervention Resource Allocation set forth in the Hospital’s relevant Approved Track Implementation Protocol.

  • For each Performance Period and for each CRP Track in which the Hospital is participating, the Hospital shall not provide an Intervention Resource to any Care Partner unless the Hospital’s relevant Approved Track Implementation Protocol sets forth an Intervention Resource Allocation.

  • No additional arrangements, including arrangements related to business outside the CRP, are protected.The Incentive Payment Waiver, like the TCOC Participation Agreement, requires the Incentive Payment to be calculated using, and distributed in accordance with, the Incentive Payment Methodology set forth in the relevant Approved Track Implementation Protocol.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • State implementation plan or “SIP” means the plan adopted by the state of Iowa and approved by the Administrator which provides for implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of such primary and secondary ambient air quality standards as they are adopted by the Administrator, pursuant to the Act.

  • Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;

  • Plan Implementation Date means the Business Day on which all of the conditions precedent to the implementation of the Plan have been fulfilled, or, to the extent permitted pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan, waived, as evidenced by the Monitor’s Plan Implementation Date Certificate to be filed with the Court;

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;

  • Phase I Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial that is intended to initially evaluate the safety and/or pharmacological effect of a Product in subjects or that would otherwise satisfy requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a), or its foreign equivalent.

  • Distribution Protocol means the plan for distributing the Settlement Amount and accrued interest, in whole or in part, as approved by the Courts.

  • Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • Phase 1 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product on sufficient numbers of normal volunteers and/or patients that is designed to establish that such Product is safe for its intended use and to support its continued testing in Phase 2 Clinical Trials. For purposes of this Agreement, ‘initiation’ of a Phase 1 Clinical Trial for a Product means the first dosing of such Product in a human subject in a Phase 1 Clinical Trial.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Additional SDU Study means a deliverability study that a Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S). For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Affiliated Entity” shall mean, with respect to a person or Entity:

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.
