APSN Fee definition

APSN Fee means an OD Fee an Accountholder was assessed on a transaction that overdraws the account when it settles although the transaction had previously been the subject of an authorization that was issued against sufficient funds.
APSN Fee means an Overdraft Fee assessed by Defendant during the Class Period for a debit card transaction that was authorized at a time when the Account’s Available Balance was positive but later paid by Defendant when the Account’s Available Balance was insufficient to cover the transaction, as identified by the Parties based on review and analysis of Defendant’s reasonably accessible data and information.
APSN Fee means an overdraft fee charged by Defendant to an Account based on a debit card point of sale transaction in which the available balance was positive at the time of authorization.

  • The Settlement Classes include all current and former holders of a TD Bank business checking account who, between February 23, 2016 and September 30, 2022 (“Class Period”), were assessed an APSN Fee or Retry Fee by the Bank.

APSN Fee means an OD Fee that Defendant charged and did not refund on signature point-of-sale debit card transactions when there was a sufficient balance at the time the transaction was authorized, but an insufficient balance at the time the transaction was presented to Defendant for payment and posted to a customer’s account.

  • Transaction Fee means the fee, in respect of a Sub-Fund, which may be charged for the benefit of the Trustee, the Registrar and/or the Service Agent or the Conversion Agent (as the case may be) to each Participating Dealer on each Dealing Day upon which an Application has been or Applications have been made by the relevant Participating Dealer.

  • Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.

  • Loan Fee shall have the meaning assigned in Section 5.1.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Liquidation Fee The fee designated as such in, and payable to the Special Servicer in connection with certain events in respect of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or an Administered REO Property pursuant to, Section 3.11(c).

  • Placement Fee has the meaning given thereto in Section 2(a) hereof;
