Areas of use definition

Areas of use means countries and areas to which JBMIA has filed applications for trademark registration as of the date on which This Agreement is signed or JBMIA will file applications for trademark registration after the date on which This Agreement is signed.
Areas of use. 1.2.7.1. A total area covering 144 sq.m. in the parking lot level, on level 709.5, in building B. plus - 1.2.7.2. An area covering 771 sq.m., gross, in the technical area on level 712.8, in building B. plus - 1.2.7.3. A total area covering 123 sq.m. situated in the courtyard in building B. plus - 1.2.7.4. A loading and unloading bay situated on level 712.8 (between axes 16-17, L-K), covering a total area of approx. 87 sq.m. in Building B. plus - 1.2.7.5. Total areas covering approx. 257 sq.m. above the roof of Building B – level 734.3. The Areas of Use are delineated in red diagonal lines in schemes Appendix 1-2 (I-V), attached hereto as an inseparable part hereof. The provision at the end of sub-clause 1.2.4 shall also apply with respect to the Areas of Use.

Examples of Areas of use in a sentence

  • Areas of use may include cleaning and degreasing of floors and walls in production premises, machinery and machine parts, production equipment and metal parts in industry, tanks/cargo holds on ships, ship decks and decks on oil platforms, pipe systems (CIP cleaning) and façades, removing cooling and cutting oil and cleaning water cooling systems.

Related to Areas of use

  • Area of use means a portion of an address of use that has been set aside for the purpose of receiving, preparing, using, or storing radioactive material.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • Public garage means a building or other place where vehicles or vessels are kept and stored and where a charge is made for the storage and keeping of vehicles and vessels.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Public Areas shall include, but not be limited to, public or common rooms, waiting rooms, lobbies and public meeting rooms, or other similar areas which are open to the general public.

  • Licensed premises means all areas associated with the operations of the licensee, including, but not limited to:

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Permitted Users means the Customer’s personnel who are authorised to access and use the Service on the Customer’s behalf in accordance with clause 6.6. a person includes an individual, a body corporate, an association of persons (whether corporate or not), a trust, a government department, or any other entity.

  • Non-Public Works and Improvements means all competitively solicited procurement of Supplies and/or Services by the City not solicited as Public Works.

  • footpath means a road over which there is a public right of way for pedestrians only, not being a footway;

  • Access Channel means any Channel, or portion thereof, designated for Access purposes or otherwise made available to facilitate or transmit Access programming or services.

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Licensed Area means the area in which the Licensee is authorised to

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.
