Assembly Contractor definition

Assembly Contractor means Koninklijke Utermohlen N.V., or any successor or assignee thereof or other contractor designated by OSUR to assemble the Product purchased hereunder.
Assembly Contractor means a third party Product supplier engaged by Ethicor.
