Asset Specific Hedge definition

Asset Specific Hedge means any interest rate exchange agreement between the Borrower and a Hedge Counterparty that is entered into by the Borrower in connection with the purchase or holding of a Fixed Rate Loan Asset or a Floating Rate Loan Asset.
Asset Specific Hedge. Any agreement, in the form of an interest rate exchange agreement, between the Issuer and a Hedge Counterparty that is entered into by the Issuer in connection with the purchase or holding of (i) a Fixed Rate Security or (ii) a Floating Rate Security that bears interest upon a floating rate index other than LIBOR, and which, in each case, entitles the Issuer to receive from the related Hedge Counterparty payments based on LIBOR at prevailing market rates, as determined by the Collateral Manager at the date of execution of such agreement. In addition to the foregoing, each Asset Specific Hedge will be subject to the following conditions:

Examples of Asset Specific Hedge in a sentence

  • Any Interest Rate Hedge, Asset Specific Hedge or Timing Hedge, as the context may require.

  • For all purposes of this Indenture (other than calculating clause (xv) of the definition of the Concentration Limitations), such Collateral Obligation shall be deemed a Floating Rate Obligation and shall be deemed to pay interest at a floating rate equal to the implied spread over LIBOR to be received by the Issuer under the related Asset Specific Hedge.

  • If an Asset Specific Hedge effectively provides for the conversion of a floating rate of interest under the related Collateral Debt SecurityObligation to a fixed rate of interest, such Collateral Debt SecurityObligation will, for all purposes under this Indenture, (a) be considered a Fixed Rate Collateral Debt SecurityObligation and (b) be deemed to pay interest at a fixed rate to be received by the Issuer under the related Asset Specific Hedge.

  • Any Interest Rate Hedge Counterparty or counterparty to an Asset Specific Hedge or Timing Hedge, as the context may require.

  • For purposes of calculating the Weighted Average Floating Spread and all other purposes under this Indenture, any Asset Specific Hedged Collateral Obligation will be considered a Floating Rate Obligation bearing interest at a floating rate equal to the implied spread over LIBOR receivable by the Issuer pursuant to the related Asset Specific Hedge.

  • Any Fixed Rate Obligation purchased in connection with an Asset Specific Hedge.

  • SecurityObligation": Any Collateral Debt SecurityObligation for which the Issuer has entered into an Asset Specific Hedge.

  • If an Asset Specific Hedge effectively provides for the conversion of a fixed rate of interest under the related Collateral Debt Obligation to a floating rate of interest, such Collateral Debt Obligation shall, for all purposes under this Indenture, (i) be considered a Floating Rate Collateral Debt Obligation and (ii) be deemed to pay interest at a floating rate equal to the implied spread over LIBORthe Base Rate to be received by the Issuer under such Asset Specific Hedge.

  • Any Collateral Obligation that bears interest at a fixed rate that is hedged into a floating rate obligation pursuant to an Asset Specific Hedge.

  • A warm building is more welcoming, even if there is only a little background heat and visitors may be more inclined to stay, especially if the church is well presented with a range of information leaflets or gifts for sale.

Related to Asset Specific Hedge

  • Transaction-Specific Hedge means any Transaction that is an interest rate cap, interest rate floor or interest rate swaption, or an interest rate swap if (x) the notional amount of the interest rate swap is “balance guaranteed” or (y) the notional amount of the interest rate swap for any Calculation Period otherwise is not a specific dollar amount that is fixed at the inception of the Transaction.

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • health and safety specification means a site, activity or project specific document prepared by the client pertaining to all health and safety requirements related to construction work;

  • Collateral Quality Tests means the Collateral Quality Tests set out in the Investment Management Agreement being each of the following:

  • Product Specific Terms means the terms applicable to a specific item of Licensed Software as set out in Schedule 2;

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Collateral Quality Test means a test that is satisfied if, as of any date of determination, in the aggregate, the Collateral Loans owned (or in relation to a proposed acquisition of a Collateral Loan, both owned and proposed to be owned) by the Borrower satisfy each of the tests set forth below, calculated in each case in accordance with Section 1.3:

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

  • Invasive plant species means species of plants not historically found in California that spread outside cultivated areas and can damage environmental or economic resources. Invasive species may be regulated by county agricultural agencies as noxious species. Lists of invasive plants are maintained at the California Invasive Plant Inventory and USDA invasive and noxious weeds database.

  • Contract Specific Goals means the subcontracting goals for MBE and WBE participation established for a particular contract.

  • Project Specific IPRs means: (a) IPRs in the Services provided by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) specifically for the purposes of the Contract and all updates and amendments of these items created during the Contract Period; and/or (b) IPRs arising as a result of the provision of the Services by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) under the Contract, [including the rights in or to any database developed and supplied by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Contract;

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings that is set out in the Purchase Order or otherwise agreed in writing by the Customer and the Supplier;

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Real Property Deliverables means each of the following agreements, instruments and other documents in respect of each Facility, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent:

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Quality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.

  • Storage Injection Requirements means all volumes required by the Seller for injection into underground storage, including cushion gas, and for liquification, including fuel used for injection and in liquification plants, or for such other storage projects that may be developed expressly for the protection of supply to high priority users.

  • Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • maximum content of non-originating materials means the maximum content of non-originating materials which is permitted in order to consider a manufacture to be working or processing sufficient to confer originating status on the product. It may be expressed as a percentage of the ex-works price of the product or as a percentage of the net weight of these materials used falling under a specified group of chapters, chapter, heading or subheading;

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.
