Attorney Records definition

Attorney Records means all of the books, files, documents, and records of advisors, including brokers, attorneys, accountants, or other advisers and service providers, in each case relating to their respective representations of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with the negotiation, execution, and delivery of this Agreement, the other Transaction Documents, or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

Related to Attorney Records

  • University Records means records or record systems that Proposer (1) creates, (2) receives from or on behalf of University, or (3) has access, and which may contain confidential information (including credit card information, social security numbers, and private health information (PHI) subject to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 (Public Law 104-191), or education records subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).   • Property records means the records created and maintained by the contractor in support of its stewardship responsibilities for the management of Government property.

If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.
