Additional details are set forth in the Offer Document for the offer of RSUs to Australian resident employees, which will be provided to you with the Agreement.
Australian Offer Document. In addition to the Agreement and the Program, the Employee must review the Australian Offer Document and the Australian Addendum to the Program for additional important information pertaining to the Award. Both of these documents can be accessed via the UBS website at xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxx/xxx. By accepting the Award, the Employee acknowledges and confirms that the Employee has reviewed these documents.
Australian Offer Document. The Participant understands that the offering of the Plan in Australia is intended to qualify for exemption from the prospectus requirements under Class Order 14/1000 issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Participation in the Plan is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Australian Offer Document and the Plan documentation provided to the Participant.

Australian Offer Document. This offer of Restricted Stock Units is intended to comply with the provisions of the Corporations Act 2001, ASIC Regulatory Guide 49 and ASIC Class Order CO 14/1000. Additional details are set forth in the Offer Document for the offer of Restricted Stock Units to Australian resident employees, which will be provided to the Participant with the Agreement.
Australian Offer Document. The Employee’s right to participate in the Plan and the RSUs granted under the Plan is intended to comply with the provision of the Corporations Xxx 0000, Regulatory Guide 49 and ASIC Class Order CO 14/1000. The Employee understands that the RSUs are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the Offer Document, the Plan, the Grant Agreement and this Appendix. The Employee acknowledges and confirms that he or she has received and reviewed these documents.
Australian Offer Document. The Participant’s right to participate in the Plan and receive the LTI Grant under the Plan is subject to the terms and conditions as stated in the offer document, the Plan and the Agreement. By accepting the LTI Grant, the Participant acknowledges and confirms that the Participant has received these documents. No payment constituting breach of law in Australia. Notwithstanding anything else in the Plan or the Agreement, the Participant will not be entitled to, and shall not claim any benefit (including without limitation a legal right) under the Plan if the provision of such benefit would give rise to a breach of Part 2D.2 of the Corporations Xxx 0000 (Cth), any other provision of that Act, or any other applicable statute, rule or regulation which limits or restricts the giving of such benefits. Further, the Employer is under no obligation to seek or obtain the approval of its shareholders in general meeting for the purpose of overcoming any such limitation or restriction.
Australian Offer Document. The grant of the RSUs is intended to comply with the provisions of the Corporations Xxx 0000, ASIC Regulatory Guide 49 and ASIC Class Order 14/1000. Additional details are set forth in the Offer Document distributed along with this Agreement.
Australian Offer Document. The PSUs are granted pursuant to the Australian Offer Document and the grant is intended to comply with the provisions of the Corporations Xxx 0000, ASIC Regulatory Guide 49 and ASIC Class Order 14/1000. Participation in the Plan and the PSUs granted under the Plan are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the Australian Offer Document, in addition to the Plan and the Agreement.
