Resident Employees. (Portability)
Resident Employees. All resident Employers (those whose shop is located within the geographical jurisdiction of this Agreement) shall be allowed free movement of men throughout any of the signatory Local Union jurisdictions within the SCIT Council, provided such employees are members of an SCIT signatory local union. On all jobs exceeding one (1) day duration, the Employer shall notify the Local Union in whose jurisdiction he will be working, in writing or by fax, prior to starting a job, the location of the job, and the names and social security numbers of the employees to be sent in. Forms used for the referring of this information shall be provided by the Union. The representative of the Union, either in the area where the work is being performed or in the areas where the contractor's shop is located, shall have the authority to inspect the individual Employer's payroll and associated work records as to time and pay of an employee, if the question arises. The rights covered by this Section are not automatic, but are contingent upon compliance with the proper notification contained herein.
Resident Employees. An employer signatory to a collective bargaining agreement or to a letter of assent to an agreement with another IBEW Local Union, who signs an assent to this Agreement, may bring up to four bargaining unit employees employed in that Local Union’s jurisdiction into this Local’s jurisdiction and up to two bargaining unit employees per job from that Local’s jurisdiction to this Local’s jurisdiction for specialty or service and maintenance work. All charges of violations of this section shall be considered as a dispute and shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement for the handling of grievances with the exception that any decision of a local labor-management committee that may be contrary to the intent of the parties to the National Agreement on Employee Portability, upon recommendation of either or both the appropriate IBEW International Vice President or NECA Regional Executive Director, is subject to review, modification, or rescission by the Council on Industrial Relations.
Resident Employees. Section 1. Certified Resident Plant Mechanics, Certified Resident Electricians and Certified C & I Mechanics
a) Operate all plant equipment.
b) Monitor meters and equipment and complete reports as required.
c) Note any conditions affecting operations and report the condition to the appropriate authorities.
d) Performs all necessary switching operations. Residents will work under the technical direction of a Senior Hydroelectric Power Plant Operator or Hydroelectric Power Plant Operator depending on the work activity. Hydroelectric Power Plant Operator use will remain status quo. The wage rates for residents shall be 105% of the individual's basic hourly rate of pay. Resident's training will have Regional Apprenticeship Committee oversight. Internal hires who fail the resident-in-training program have the option of returning to their core crafts. Resident Employees. A. In addition to the compensation set forth in a salary resolution applicable to their respective positions, all employees paid by the County and required by the County as a condition of employment to live on county-owned property shall be reimbursed for possessory interest taxes levied against and paid by such employees during the fiscal year on account of their exclusive beneficial use of such property. Reimbursement shall be made by the Auditor-Controller's Office within a reasonable time after presentation to the Auditor of an employee's payment of such tax.
B. Employees required by the County as a condition of employment to live on County- owned property shall pay for Natural Gas/Propane for their residence. The County may also require such employees to pay for one or more of the following metered utilities upon thirty days written notice: Water, Sewer, Electricity. Any implementation of employee payment of water, sewer and/or electricity under this Section shall occur at the same time for all resident Rangers. The County assumes responsibility for conversions to metered systems and for one- time hook-up costs. Employees shall establish utility accounts in their names and make payments directly to utility companies.
C. Employees shall be required to pay a security deposit of up to $500 to cover the cost of cleaning and/or damage. The amount of the security deposit shall be related to the size and value of the premises. The deposit may be used by the County to repair damages to the premises caused by resident employee, exclusive of ordinary wear and tear, or to clean the premises, if necessary, upon termination of the residency. Any remaining portion of the deposit shall be returned to the employee. This subsection shall not apply to employees who were residents of County-owned property as of November 23, 1992.
Resident Employees. Hypercom shall have the right to have a [****] resident on a part-time or full-time basis at the Facility agreed by MiTAC to serve as day-to-day technical and business liaisons with MiTAC (the “Resident Employees”). MiTAC shall provide the Resident Employees with reasonable on-site office space; access to reasonable IT and network connectivity, including telephones, telephone lines; and reasonable access to the Facility at reasonable charge to Hypercom in order to better facilitate a close and productive operational relationship between the Parties. Hypercom shall bear the costs of all the Resident Employees.
Resident Employees. Hypercom shall have the right to have a maximum of five employees resident on a part-time or full-time basis at the Facility to serve as day-to-day technical and business liaisons with Venture (the “Resident Employees”). Resident Employees. The AHA may continue to utilize resident employees at no more than two (2) locations (Little Lehigh and Cumberland and at another location to be determined by the Authority) and not more than one (1) at each of the two (2) locations. Resident employees are paid on an hourly basis, are not part of the bargaining unit and are not eligible for employee benefits, sick leave, vacation, holiday pay, etc.

Venture shall provide the Resident Employees with reasonable on-site office space; access to reasonable IT and network connectivity, including telephones, analog telephone lines; and reasonable access to the Penang Facility at no charge to Iomega in order to better facilitate a close and productive operational relationship between the Parties. Save as aforesaid, Iomega shall bear the costs of all the Resident Employees.
