Authorised Purposes definition

Authorised Purposes means the purposes referred to in Section 4 below.
Authorised Purposes means a purpose directly related to the Service provided that that purpose is not contrary to Law but does not mean data aggregation, data matching, marketing, compilation or mailing lists, list brokering, or any related purpose except to the except to the extent that such data aggregation, data matching, marketing, compilation or mailing lists, list brokering or the like is required under Law (including any obligation under a court order);
Authorised Purposes means the purpose(s) set forth in the applicable Product Terms for which Authorised Users are permitted to access and use the Product(s) and any related Content.

  • The Executive consents to such collection and disclosure even where this involves the transfer of such data, with appropriate safeguards, outside the European Economic Area where this is necessary or reasonably required to achieve one or more of the Authorised Purposes or is in the interests of the Company and/or its shareholders.

  • You may not, and will not purport to, transfer, assign or in any way attempt to make over to any third party your interests or any part thereof under these terms and conditions nor, save as contemplated and required as the means to perform the Authorised Purposes, may you transfer or pay to any other person the Grant or any part thereof.

  • Where deemed necessary for the Authorised Purposes (e.g. in relation to Accredited Persons who are minors or otherwise incapable), the Local Organising Committee(s) and the IOC may also Process Personal Data which relate to Accredited Persons’ parents, legal guardians or entourage.
