Examples of Authority Information in a sentence

  • Authority Information Access: A Certificate extension that indicates how to access information and services for the issuer of the Certificate in which the extension appears.

  • The Authority hereby grants to the Consultant a revocable, limited and non-exclusive license to use such Authority Information to the extent required to provide the Services described herein.

  • Consultant shall treat all Authority Information and Work Product as confidential information of the Authority and shall not disclose or make the same available to any Third Party without the Authority’s prior written consent.

  • The Contractor shall certify to the Authority that it has not retained any copies of Authority Information save as required by law and in respect of one copy which the Contractor may use for audit purposes only and subject to the confidentiality obligations in this clause 8.

Related to Authority Information

  • Security Information means account numbers and/or Username as applicable, passwords and other information required to identify you for the purposes of you trading with us under this Agreement.

  • Third Party Information means confidential or proprietary information subject to a duty on the Company’s and its affiliates’ part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes.

  • Safety Information means (a) any Adverse Event, including any Adverse Event related to a quality defect or received through a medical information inquiry, or (b) any Adverse Event related to a report of falsified or counterfeit medicinal product or (c) any of the following with or without an associated Adverse Event:

  • Authority's Confidential Information means all Authority Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, Know How, personnel, and suppliers of the Authority and/or Other Contracting Bodies, including all IPR, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked “confidential”) or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential;

  • National Security Information means information that has been determined pursuant to Executive Order 13526 or any predecessor order to require protection against unauthorized disclosure and is marked to indicate its classified status when in documentary form. Classified or national security information is specifically authorized to be protected from unauthorized disclosure in the interest of national defense or foreign policy under an Executive Order or Act of Congress.
