Authority Premises definition

Authority Premises means any premises owned, occupied or controlled by the Authority or any other Crown Body which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services.

  • E7.1 The Authority shall be responsible for maintaining the security of the Authority Premises and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Authority Data it has custody of in accordance with its standard security requirements and the Security Policy.
