Authorized User Content definition

Authorized User Content means any Activity, explanations, comments in user groups and other content developed by Authorized Users that Authorized Users install, upload to or transfer in or through the CViConnect Platform or content produced in the course of using the CViConnect Platform but that is not Authorized User Data or Customer Data.

  • Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, appropriateness, completeness, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data and Authorized User Content.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that LST and/or its licensors own all Intellectual Property Rights in the CViConnect Platform, Services, LST Data, Maintenance Releases, and Authorized User Content, including Derivative Works thereof (collectively, the “LST Intellectual Property Rights”).

  • Unless prohibited by law, by posting or uploading any Authorized User Content, including an Activity, drawing, photo, review or other materials submitted or uploaded to the CViConnect Platform as part of using the Services, each Authorized Users agrees that LST is the owner of the Authorized User Content.

  • As between you and PurchaseClinic, you retain ownership of Authorized User Content, subject to the limited rights granted herein.

  • The discharge of sewage or effluent or the discarding of litter into the river are byelaw offences.

  • You hereby grant us and others, including third parties, a right and license to use, copy, host, display modify and create derivative works of all Authorized User Content you upload into the Service for the purposes of making the Service available, for the performance of our obligations under these Terms of Service and for PurchaseClinic’s marketing purposes (as described in Section 14 below).

  • Customer warrants that any Authorized User Content (“Authorized User Content”) uploaded by Customer to the Online Services will not infringe or misappropriate any copyright, trademark, patent, or the trade secrets of any third persons, or otherwise violate this Agreement or any applicable law.

  • Customer Content is streamed into the Sandbox to be reviewed by others at Your business and reposted to the Authorized User’s own pages as Authorized User Content and access and Use by other Authorized Users.

  • Authorized User represents, warrants and covenants to Licensor that Authorized User owns all right, title and interest in and to the Authorized User Content, and the Authorized User Content, the upload thereof to the Platform, and the use thereof by Licensor does not and shall not infringe or violate the intellectual property (i.e., patent, copyright, trademark or trade secret) or other proprietary or privacy rights of any third party.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit "A" or stated in the Service Agreement, or authorized under the statutes referred to herein by this DPA.   • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Named User License means the Metric and Licensed Level applicable to each Named User.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Unauthorized Use means either of the following:

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Named Users means any combination of users licensed under this Agreement.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.
