Auxiliary aids definition
Auxiliary aids means and refers to aids, services or devices that enable persons with vision, hearing, manual, or speech impairments to have an equal opportunity to participate in, or enjoy the benefits of, programs, services, or activities, including housing and other programs, services, and activities subject to the requirements of Section 504 and/or the Americans with Disabilities Act. Auxiliary Aids include but are not limited to the aids, services, and devices set out in the definition of auxiliary aids in 24 C.F.R. § 8.3 and the definition of auxiliary aids and services in 28 C.F.R. § 35.104.
