Awardee. The artificial person or consortium of artificial persons to which a contract is awarded as a result of the bidding process, consisting of Società per Azioni Esercizi Aeroportuari (SEA), Oxxxx Corporation, Corporación América Sudamericana S.A., Società Italiana per le Imprese Miste all’Estero (SIMEST) S.p.A., and Riva Sociedad Anónima, Sociedad Inmobiliaria, Comercial, Financiera y Agropecuaria, all here represented by their attorney in fact and legal representative Maximo Lxxx Xxxxxxx (voter registration booklet No. LE 8326959), who signs beneath the present instrument on behalf and as representative of and by virtue of powers of attorney from the aforementioned firms.
Awardee. Any recipient of a NASA grant or cooperative agreement, its investigators, and subrecipient (subaward or contract as defined in 2 CFR § 200.1, Definitions) at any level.
Awardee. The public or non-profit entity that submitted an application to DRA for funding. New Jobs – The number of new Full-Time, Year-Round Employees of the Company at this location who will be added after DRA’s conditional approval of the Application due to the Project within two years of the date of DRA’s conditional approval of the Application. The number of “New Jobs” is the addition at the Project location over Current Employment, and net of decreased employment at other locations of the Company of related companies in the state where the Project is. Project – The construction, reconstruction, purchase, and/or installation of buildings, machinery, equipment, utilities, streets, furniture, and other real estate or personal property improvements to be located at the site indicated in the Application, whether owned or leased by the Company or Awardee, as detailed in the Application.
