Azure Services definition

Azure Services or “Azure” means one or more of the Microsoft services and features identified at xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/en-us/, and any updates, new versions and successors to such services or features.

Azure Services refers to the cloud computing platform hosting service provided by Microsoft Corporation and/or its affiliates (“Microsoft”) to you pursuant to an agreement entered into by and between Microsoft and you. "Azure Terms and Policies" refers to all the terms, conditions, restrictions, and policies applicable to you resulting from the Order and from your subscription to, and use of, Azure Services, including the Agreement with Microsoft, acceptable use policy, site terms, content terms, and service terms.

Azure Services means the online services within Azure provided by Microsoft to the Customer (if any);

Examples of Azure Services in a sentence

• In case of a change of the cloud computing services provider, the Provider will ensure the level of data protection under the new cloud computing services will be commensurate with Microsoft Azure Services.

• With respect to Microsoft Azure Services, additional or other usage (for example, usage beyond your commitment quantity) may be treated as a Consumption Offering.

• This Service Level Agreement for Azure (this “SLA”) is made by 21Vianet in connection with, and is a part of, the agreement under which Customer has purchased Azure Services from 21Vianet (the “Agreement”).

• Aptum’s Service Guide should also be referenced for full information regarding what is included in Azure Services.

• This Service Level Agreement for Windows Azure (this “SLA”) is made by 21Vianet in connection with, and is a part of, the agreement under which Customer has purchased Windows Azure Services from 21Vianet (the “Agreement”).

• Microsoft’s prices for Resellers for each Product or Service ordered (except for Microsoft Azure Services) are fixed throughout the applicable Enrollment term.

• Sharing The Microsoft Azure Services may provide the ability to share a Customer Solution and/or Customer Data with other Azure users and communities, or other third parties.

• Customer release Node4 from any and all liability whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Azure Services, Microsoft’s provision, management or operation of the Azure Services, and Microsoft’s exercise of its rights in the Microsoft Customer Agreement or your breach thereof.

• Certain features of the Microsoft Azure Services may only be available for purchase on a consumption basis.

• Because fees are billed in arrears, Customers may receive invoices for Microsoft Azure Services up to sixty (60) days after decommissioning a device.

More Definitions of Azure Services

Azure Services means the online services, software, devices, or professional services that Microsoft makes available to Rackspace for its distribution or resale.

Azure Services means the Microsoft Azure services, support, and features identified and made generally available at xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/services/ that ETI procures from Microsoft on behalf of or to make available to Customer.

Azure Services means the Microsoft services and features identified at xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/services/, except those licensed separately. “Microsoft Azure Services” includes any open source components incorporated by Microsoft in those services and features. “Community” means the community consisting of one or more of the following: (1) a Government, (2) a company using eligible Government Community Cloud Services to provide solutions to a Government or a qualified member of the Community, or (3) a company with State Data that is subject to Government regulations for which the company determines and Microsoft agrees that the use of Government Community Cloud Services is appropriate to meet the company’s regulatory requirements. Membership in the Community is ultimately at Microsoft’s discretion, which may vary by Government Community Cloud Service. For clarity, all User Agencies are Governments and thereby qualify as members of the Community.
