Azure Services definition

Azure Services refers to the cloud computing platform hosting service provided by Microsoft Corporation and/or its affiliates (“Microsoft”) to you pursuant to an agreement entered into by and between Microsoft and you. "Azure Terms and Policies" refers to all the terms, conditions, restrictions, and policies applicable to you resulting from the Order and from your subscription to, and use of, Azure Services, including the Agreement with Microsoft, acceptable use policy, site terms, content terms, and service terms.

Examples of Azure Services in a sentence

  • In case of a change of the cloud computing services provider, the Provider will ensure the level of data protection under the new cloud computing services will be commensurate with Microsoft Azure Services.

  • This Service Level Agreement for Azure (this “SLA”) is made by 21Vianet in connection with, and is a part of, the agreement under which Customer has purchased Azure Services from 21Vianet (the “Agreement”).

  • All usage of the Microsoft Azure Services after the expiration or termination of Customer’s subscription term will be invoiced to Customer (or its reseller) at then-current Consumption Rates on a monthly basis.

  • Certain features of the Microsoft Azure Services may only be available for purchase on a consumption basis.

  • As part of the Server and Cloud Enrollment, Customers who have not ordered Microsoft Azure Services as part of their Enrollment may receive an activation email from Microsoft inviting them to provision Microsoft Azure Services under their Enrollment without a Monetary Commitment.

Azure Services means the online services, software, devices, or professional services that Microsoft makes available to Rackspace for its distribution or resale.

Related to Azure Services

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • Personal care services means both physical assis- tance and/or prompting and supervising the performance of direct personal care tasks as determined by the resident's needs and does not include assistance with tasks performed by a licensed health professional.

PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER (PCP) means, for the purpose of this plan, professional providers that are family practitioners, internists, and pediatricians. For the purpose of this plan, gynecologists, obstetricians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants may be credentialed as PCPs.   • Pre-Service Claim means a claim for a medical care benefit with respect to which the plan conditions receipt of the benefit, in whole or in part, on approval of the benefit in advance of receipt of care.

  • COVERED HEALTHCARE SERVICES means any service, treatment, procedure, facility, equipment, drug, device, or supply that we have reviewed and determined is eligible for reimbursement under this plan.

  • Mobile Banking Service means the EB Services which we enable you to access via the Mobile Banking App or a web browser designed for use on a Mobile Device; and

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;
