Azure Services refers to the cloud computing platform hosting service provided by Microsoft Corporation and/or its affiliates (“Microsoft”) to you pursuant to an agreement entered into by and between Microsoft and you. "Azure Terms and Policies" refers to all the terms, conditions, restrictions, and policies applicable to you resulting from the Order and from your subscription to, and use of, Azure Services, including the Agreement with Microsoft, acceptable use policy, site terms, content terms, and service terms.

Azure Services or “Azure” means one or more of the Microsoft services and features identified at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en-us/, and any updates, new versions and successors to such services or features.

Examples of Azure Services in a sentence

• In case of a change of the cloud computing services provider, the Provider will ensure the level of data protection under the new cloud computing services will be commensurate with Microsoft Azure Services.

• This Service Level Agreement for Azure (this “SLA”) is made by 21Vianet in connection with, and is a part of, the agreement under which Customer has purchased Azure Services from 21Vianet (the “Agreement”).

• The price for Microsoft Azure Services and Microsoft Azure Services Plans purchased under a Billing Tenant Enrollment will be based on the pricelist current as of the Billing Tenant Enrollment Effective Date.

• The Notices Contact and Online Services Manager is authorized to manage the Microsoft Azure Services obtained under the related Billing Tenant Enrollment.

• Invoicing for Microsoft Azure Services is described in the Product Terms, including but not limited to billing terms for Consumption.

Membership in the Community is ultimately at Microsoft’s discretion, which may vary by Government Community Cloud Service. For clarity, all User Agencies are Governments and thereby qualify as members of the Community.
